As a food reviewer with a penchant for unique flavors, I found Pom Pom's to be a true delight to the senses. Pom Pom's Teahouse & Sandwicheria has been an Orlando, Florida institution and has served the community for twenty plus years. I have a lot of great memories of having a late night feast after a night out on the town. The staff has always been friendly and the ambiance (at least late at night) has always been fun and festive. Sadly, Pom Pom's Teahouse & Sandwicheria has closed its doors, ending an era and closing an institution. I wish all involved the best of luck in their future endeavors.

Pom Poms. Sadly - The end of an era - so absolutely delicious!!!! The Thanksgiving has been a fave of mine along with the curry chicken salad. My husband had the triple decker - incredible with such tender turkey. I love to see a kiosk somewhere when they would have some of their options grab and go. Imagine having these beauties for a flight. When I told my friend about them closing she shared this memory - "I went in there one time many years ago at 2:30am, after the bars closed. In 25 minutes, they made me a ten sandwich platter (variety of half sandwiches on a platter!) for a 3am post party at a friend's house. It was insane and so memorable." I also got a request for sandwiches from there when a friend was in the hospital and they made her day! If you go today, call ahead and they will have it ready for you within 20-35 min.

Had to come here one more time before closing. This was always a staple sandwich place that was a must try. Mama Ling Ling's Thanksgiving sandwich is one of the best sandwiches. A true leftover feeling that can't go wrong! Spicy mac and cheese is also a good side choice

It's a shame Pom Pom's is closing because they have some of the best sandwiches in Orlando. My friend and I had to make one last trip before they close on October 4th. We went on a Friday and it was packed. We actually had to wait 30-40 minutes for a table. Service was a bit rocky, but I don't think they're used to being that busy. If you're stopping by for one last sandwich, I recommend going during lunch to avoid the rush.

We just had another great meal at Pom Pom's. As usual my favorite here is the Mama Ling's Thanksgiving sandwich. Just such a great combination of flavors that makes me happy. The teas are wonderful as well. Service was outstanding. I just read that they are going to closing in early October, so if you want to make a last stop here you need to do it quite soon. I for one will really miss this wonderful establishment that I have enjoyed so fondly for many years here in Orlando.

Good sandwiches and a good variety of teas. When we went, they were out of roast beef and several of their tea flavors. I got the Viet Pom, which has good flavor and is nice and juicy. The Sriracha sauce gives it some kick. The German potatoes are a great side. I like that the sandwiches are a reasonable size rather than the huge sandwiches at a lot of places. For a sandwich place, my favorites are here, Bad As's Sandwich, and Meson.

We, as a group of coworkers, came here for a team lunch, to celebrate 2 birthdays in July and a promotion. The GM stopped by and happened to hear so, he himself brought out a round of complimentary Mimosa cocktail. That was a wow factor. The decors and music theme is festive, or even Christmas. A menu best selling item is named after Thanksgiving. Even the lights changed colors. I loved my Woody. Our server was excellent, too.

Stopped by today at Pompoms! It's been on my list and it did not disappoint. I got the Iced black tea 1/2 sweet with raspberry and Turkey Mac and cheese to go. The man at the counter was so nice he said they offer dine in or order to go. I definitely have to come for the mouthwatering sandwiches I saw! The ambiance of pompoms is a local sandwich shoppe with yummy drinks and good vibes. I definitely recommend coming here 10/10

Finally made it out to Pom Pom's last night and it did not disappoint! Got the Viet Pom sandwich on sourdough and it was just delicious; such a great blend of flavors and the perfect toasted bread. I paired the sandwich with peanut noodles, which were just as good and blended great with the sandwich. The sandwich was a good 15 minute wait, for which a sandwich seems like a bit, but the sandwich was nice and fresh and so were the noodles, which come out warm! Overall, server was nice. I didn't know this place was open until 4am until I checked the hours! I loved the art inside (which is available for purchase), added so much personality to this small quirky place!

Back again ;) This time I tried the thanksgiving sandwich per a friends request and I am so glad I tried it! It's legit thanksgiving in a sandwich. The shop is open until 5 am on Saturday nights, so make sure you stop in to get your post downtown food!
